2024 “Best Law Firms” Recognizes Naylor & Braster for Tenth Consecutive Year
LAS VEGAS (November 2, 2023) – Naylor & Braster, Attorneys at Law has been named to the U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” 2024 edition.
The firm received a Metropolitan Tier 1 ranking for Appellate Practice, Commercial Litigation and Construction Law and Metropolitan Tier 3 ranking for Employment Law-Management. This is the tenth consecutive year the firm has been recognized.

Naylor has been practicing for more than 36 years. A former U.S. Air Force judge advocate, he has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association with a focus in construction matters. Naylor has consistently been recognized in Nevada and across the country in a variety of top law programs, including Nevada Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite,” Vegas Inc.’s “Top Lawyers” and Super Lawyers Mountain States edition for ten years. Naylor regularly gives back to the community by offering pro bono legal services to military members, working on behalf of active-duty military personnel for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office of Military Legal Assistance.
Braster began practicing law in 2006 and is primarily focused on commercial litigation, consumer finance law, appellate law, and animal law. She has been recognized locally and nationally as a top attorney in publications that include the Desert Companion’s “Top Lawyer in Commercial Law,” Nevada Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” and Vegas Inc.’s “Women 2 Watch.” Super Lawyers named her among the Top 50 Women and Top 100 Attorneys in the Mountain States in its 2023 edition. Both Naylor and Braster were named the Clark County Bar Association’s 2021 Volunteers of the Year.
In addition to her work in the courtroom, Braster serves as board chair for Sage Collegiate Public Charter School and a board member with the Nevada State Board of Oriental Medicine.
