Jennifer has almost 17 years of legal experience in Nevada. Prior to forming Naylor & Braster with John Naylor in 2014, Jennifer worked as a commercial litigator at Pisanelli Bice, a premier commercial litigation boutique firm in Las Vegas, and also Lionel Sawyer & Collins, one of Las Vegas’ largest law firms. Jennifer has a wide range of litigation experience in both federal and state courts. She has appeared regularly before both the Eighth Judicial District Court and United States District Court for Nevada, arguing a wide range of motions, and has both first-chair and second-chair trial experience. Jennifer has also handled matters in front of the Nevada Real Estate Division, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and Nevada Labor Commission. Recently, Jennifer successfully represented a marijuana dispensary licensee in the month-long trial regarding the State’s awarding of recreational dispensary licenses. Jennifer has achieved seven-figure judgments in her client’s favor. Jennifer has briefed several matters to both the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has represented clients in a variety of business conflicts, including high-stakes business partnership disputes, corporate ownership disputes, marijuana licensing litigation, property disputes, dissolutions, and construction disputes. Jennifer also has extensive experience in consumer finance litigation and regularly represents one of the top three credit reporting agencies in credit reporting disputes.

As an avid animal lover, Jennifer was a founding member of the State Bar of Nevada’s Animal Law Section and has represented clients in animal custody disputes and property matters involving animals. Jennifer has also represented clients in civil rights matters involving the shooting of dogs by authorities. Also, through her litigation practice, Jennifer strives to advance the protections to animals in Nevada.
