Las Vegas law firm Naylor & Braster Attorneys at Law has been recognized in the 2021 edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms,” receiving a Tier 1 ranking for commercial litigation and a Tier 3 ranking in appellate law practice. This is the sixth consecutive year the firm has received the Best Law Firms distinction.

U.S. News’ renowned legal designations are determined following a strenuous selection process in which thousands of law firms undergo extensive evaluations and peer reviews. Law firms must also have an attorney listed in the annual Best Lawyers in America list to be eligible. Both John Naylor and Jennifer Braster were selected for the 2021 Best Lawyers designation program earlier this year. It was the seventh consecutive year the firm has received the honor.
Naylor, a former judge advocate for the United States Air Force, has been practicing law for more than 30 years and practices construction law, litigation, appellate law and consumer finance. He served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, specializing in construction matters. Naylor was recently named IR Global’s exclusive construction law member in Nevada and he was also named to the renowned Super Lawyers list of top attorneys this year, an honor he has received every year since 2014.
Braster has been practicing law since 2006 and practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, consumer finance law, appellate law and animal law. An animal activist, she has offered pro bono services and represented individuals in civil rights cases involving the wrongful shooting of their dogs. Braster has received the Super Lawyers distinction for the past 11 consecutive years and has been named to Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite list every year since 2007.
